In 2005, Oakwood Brokerage Group, Inc. completed the buyout of Stonebridge Insurance Agency, a local property & casualty insurance agency. This allowed the customers of Stonebridge have their insurance placed with Oakwood's A+ rated insurance companies. The Stonebridge Agency underwrites personal lines insurance such as homeowners and automobile policies, and commercial lines insurance coverages for smaller businesses.
